Nan and Rich recently sold a family member's home, and I could not be more pleased or happy with the service and support we received from them. We started working with them about six months before the home hit the market. They did a fantastic job pointing out the things we should be thinking about as we prepared the home for sale and how to downsize so we could keep the process moving forward. They also did a good job of checking in during this period and had suggestions or contacts for everything we needed.
Once we were ready to hit the market, they did a fantastic job of showcasing the home and making it appealing to potential buyers. Within a couple of days, we had multiple offers, one of which met our needs. This is where the relationship would have ended for many, but not for these two.
Three days before closing, we had an issue with the house. This is when Nan and Rich went above and beyond. While the closing was delayed, they helped us find someone who could fix the problems and navigate all of the possible pitfalls. They worked hard on their end to keep the buyer informed and keep the sale from derailing.
Our professional relationship was far from solely transactional. By the end of the process, they felt more like family, as we all went through some highs and lows together. If I had another house to sell, I wouldn't hesitate to partner with them again in the process. They are great advocates, but more importantly to me, great people.
