Hopelink’s Annual Turkey Trot 5K Family Fun Run & Walk is a festive holiday tradition! Join us as our community comes together to support programs that help thousands of our neighbors throughout the winter months. This event brings together more than 1,500 people for a morning of fun and festivities – including an expanded fair at Marina Park with balloon art, costume contests, face painting, photos, giveaways and so much more! Walkers, runners, pets and kids in strollers are welcome.
Register by November 1st to guarantee yourself a Race Day Shirt and please select the proper size as no resizing will be allowed prior to the start of the race!
No refunds or transfers are allowed.

EVENT DAY SCHEDULE
8:00 a.m. — Packet pick-up begins, day-of registration (shirt not guaranteed)
8:00 a.m. — Family Fun Fair begins
8:30 a.m. — Kids' Dash begins (for kids 8 and under)
9:00 a.m. — 5K Run begins with wave start
9:10 a.m. — All participants on course— Runners, Trotters, Strollers, Dogs
9:45 a.m.(tentative) — Awards
12:00 p.m. — Course and Family Fun Fair close
Course Routes:
5K: Begins and ends in Marina Park with the turnaround point in Carillon Point. We will run on each side of Lake St and Lake Washington Blvd to follow the flow of traffic.
2 Mile walk: Begins and ends in Marina Park with the turnaround point at the 64th Street crosswalk on Lake Washington Blvd. We will walk on each side of Lake St and Lake Washington Blvd to follow the flow of traffic.
Kids' 600M Dash: Begins and ends in Marina Park with the course heading East on Kirkland Ave, turning left and heading North on Lake St, turning left and heading West onto Central Way and finally turning left onto Lakeshore Plaza to finish back in Marina Park.
Parking: Lakeshore Plaza will be closed at Marina Park for our fair and parking will be restricted along the routes. Be very aware of any signs that say “No Parking.” If you park there your car will be towed. The city has instructed us to refer folks to this link regarding different parking options in Kirkland:
